PURPOSE: A steam supply device is provided to shorten the time required to process rice straws or byproducts.CONSTITUTION: The capacities of two water tubs(102) are different. A water supply hose supplies water to the water tubs. A hose(110) connects a steam generation part(100) to a steam distribution part, and the steam distribution part to a steam spray rod(120). A water level sensor is equipped within the water tubs. A heating part(104) comprises a switch which supplies or blocks power to the heating part. A control unit operates a valve or the switch by the water level of the supplied water.
