PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pile up seedling boxes by layers while arranging neatly by a piling up robot.SOLUTION: This seedling box-piling up device by layers is provided by installing seedling box chucks capable of approaching or separating the one pair of front and rear seedling box chucks 40, 40 against the seedling box C for nipping or releasing the seedling box C, and capable of grasping the both ends of the seedling boxes piled up by a plurality of layers at the tip frame part of a robot arm, and also seedling box-regulating devices 22, 22... opposing to the part of four corners of the seedling box C grasped by the front and rear chucks 40, 40, and arranging the seedling boxes C of the plurality of layers while transferring to the inside with each other. It is possible to pile up the seedling boxes by layers efficiently while arranging neatly and reducing the failure of catching the seedling box C.COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO【課題】段積みロボットにより苗箱をきれいに揃えながら段積みする。【解決手段】ロボットアームの先端フレーム部に、一対の前・後苗箱チャック40,40を苗箱Cに対して互いに接近させたり、あるいは、離間させて苗箱Cを挟んだりあるいは解放して、複数段重ねの苗箱C,Cの両端部を掴むことのできる苗箱チャックを設け、先端フレーム部には前・後チャックで40,40で掴む苗箱Cの四隅部に対向させて、互いに内側に移動しながら複数段の苗箱C,Cを揃える苗箱規制装置22,22,…を設ける。苗箱Cの掴み損ないを少なくしながら、きれいに揃えながら能率的に苗箱の段積みができる。
