PURPOSE: A fixing band capable of easily transmitting sunlight is provided to use a transparent synthetic resin as a base material for transmitting the sunlight.CONSTITUTION: A fixing band(10) includes a base material(11), and a core(12) located inside the base material in parallel. The base material is produced with a low-strength synthetic resin. The core is produced with a high-strength synthetic resin selected from PET or nylon.
