PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conduit switching device for an endoscope to be used for a gas/water feed button, etc., of an endoscope, capable of reducing the number of components, permitting appropriate pressing of a button, and capable of reducing loads applied to a cylinder, etc., and an endoscope using the switching device.SOLUTION: The fluid conduit switching device includes: a cylinder to which a conduit of the endoscope is connected a button including a piston to be housed in the cylinder movably in the axial direction, a button head attached to the upper end of the piston, and a plurality of packing materials to air-tightly divide inside of the cylinder in the axial direction and a button socket having a through-hole for the piston to penetrate and attached to an operating part of the endoscope with the through-hole communicating with inside of the cylinder. The lower end of the button head is always inserted into the through-hole of the button socket, and the lower end of the button head functions as a guide member to move the button only in the axial direction of the cylinder.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡の送気/送水ボタン等に用いられる流体管路切換装置であって、部品点数を低減し、かつ、適正なボタンの押圧を可能にして、シリンダ等に掛かる負担を低減できる内視鏡用の流体管路切換装置、および、この切換装置を用いる内視鏡を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡の管路が接続されるシリンダと、軸線方向に移動可能にシリンダに収容されるピストン、ピストンの上端部に取り付けられるボタン頭、および、シリンダ内を軸線方向に気密に分離する複数のパッキンを有するボタンと、ピストンが貫通する貫通孔を有する、貫通孔をシリンダ内に連通して内視鏡の操作部に取り付けられるボタン受けとを有し、さらに、ボタン頭の下端部がボタン受けの貫通孔に常時挿入しており、このボタン頭の下端部が、ボタンをシリンダの軸線方向にのみ移動させるガイド部材として作用することにより、前記課題を解決する。【選択図】図4
