PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe body capable of preventing a pressing operation from being unexpectedly released when an external force is unintentionally applied thereto.SOLUTION: The syringe body includes: a cylinder 2 filled with a content liquid in the inside, and having an outflow port 12A formed on an axial front end portion and a second annular portion (restricting portion) 16 formed on an axial base end portion a piston 3 inserted from the axial base end side of the cylinder 2 into the inside of the cylinder 2 and a stopper 4 having leg portions 32 rotatably axially attached around the piston 3, extending in the axial direction and axially opposing the second annular portion 16. In the piston 3, a concave portion recessed inward in a diameter direction is formed on at least a protruding portion 21A protruding in the axial base end side from the cylinder 2.
