The process of producing imbao chips comprising the steps of: cleaning and removing of imbao meat from the shell using 400C hot water to open the shell in order to remove imbao meat easily, chopping all ingredients such as carrot, union leaves, red pepper long, union and imbao meat into fined texture, mixing all the chop fined ingredients using a mixing bowl until it mix thoroughly, flattening with a rolling pin and form into desired shape, frying in hot fat oil until crispy, and removing the fry crispy chips and drain in colander to remove oil.
