The connecting mechanism 121 has the opening part 101b formed in the outer peripheral face 101c of the cylinder part 101 and opening toward the outside, the crease preventing part covering the cylinder part including the opening part 101b, the connecting body part 121 connecting the inserting part side operating wire 51 and the operating part side operating wire 53 while adjusting the tension of at least one of them, and the guide part 151 guiding the connecting body part 121 so as to slide in the longitudinal direction of the connecting body part 121 and holding the connecting body part 121 such that the connecting body part 121 is exposed from the opening part 101b when the crease preventing part is removed from the cylinder part.
