PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation wire connection structure of an endoscope which is capable of surely preventing loosening of connection and easily releasing the connection.SOLUTION: A connection structure 40 includes: a cylinder member 41 disposed at one of a first operation wire 31 and a second operation wire 33 a core member 43 disposed to the other one of the first operation wire 31 and the second operation wire 33, and connected with the cylinder member 41 by being screwed to the cylinder member 41 and a heat-shrinkable tube 45 covering the connected cylinder member 41 and core member 43, closely attached to the cylinder member 41 and the core member 43 by being shrunk by heating, and preventing one of the connected cylinder member 41 and core member 43 from being rotated to the other when closely attached.
