To provide a fat-soluble-substance-containing powder composition that is dispersed in a transparent manner without scattering light when dispersed in water, an acidic aqueous solution, or an aqueous solution having a high ionic strength. The present invention contains (a) a fat-soluble substance, (b) a sucrose fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 11 or above, (c) an ionic amphiphilic substance, and (d) a sugar or a sugar alcohol, the dispersed particles containing the fat-soluble substance when dissolved in water having an average particle diameter, as measured by dynamic light scattering, of 10-150 nm.本發明之課題在於提供一種含脂溶性物質之粉末組成物，其係當分散到水、酸性水溶液以及高離子強度之水溶液中時不致光散射而透明地分散其中者。本發明之含脂溶性物質之粉末組成物，其係含(a)脂溶性物質、(b)HLB值為11以上之脂肪酸蔗糖酯、(c)離子性之兩親媒性物質、(d)糖類或者糖醇，且測定前述脂溶性物質之分散粒子溶解於水時，以動態光散射法所測定之平均粒徑為10nm以上且150nm以下。
