The present invention relates to a tapioca residue pellet and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a tapioca residue pellet with good quality can be provided without Aspergillus while scattering dust can be reduced during the loading and unloading operations due to excellent binding strength. In addition, the content of starch can be stably secured and the content of crude fiber can be properly adjusted so the tapioca residue pellet can be used as a feed. The tapioca residue pellet comprises 90-97 wt% of tapioca residue and 3-10 wt% of flour.본 발명의 타피오카 레지듀 펠릿 및 이의 제조방법은 결합강도가 우수하여 상하역(loading-unloading) 시 비산먼지 발생을 저감할 수 있음과 동시에 누룩곰팡이가 발생하지 않는 양질의 타피오카 레지듀 펠릿을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 타피오카 레지듀 펠릿 및 이의 제조방법은 전분의 함량을 안정적으로 확보할 수 있고, 조섬유 함량을 적절하게 조절할 수 있어 사료용으로 활용이 용이한 효과가 있다.
