The present invention relates to tofu. The present invention relates to flower patterned tofu and a manufacturing method thereof, which increase the consumption of tofu by providing novel chewing textures, tastes and flavors, which are not able to be felt in conventional tofu, so as to meet various preferences of consumers. The purpose of the present invention is to withdraw a consumptive class, who dislikes tofu, as a novel consumptive class by various tastes and beautiful feelings of tofu, and to contribute to globalization of tofu and Korean food by stimulating curiosity of foreigners, who are not accustomed to tofu, with a beautiful appearance of tofu, and adding a pattern corresponding to preferences of foreigners so as to increase the consumption. The flower patterned tofu comprises a tofu main body, and a different colored and edible pattern starting from a selected face of the tofu main body and extended to the inner part of tofu, as at least one composition element.본 발명은 두부에 관한 것으로 종래 두부에서 느낄 수 없었던 저작감, 맛, 향 등을 새롭게 제공하므로써 소비자의 다양한 기호를 충족시켜 두부의 소비를 증대시킴은 물론, 두부를 즐기지 않는 소비계층이 두부의 다채로운 맛과 심미감에 의해 새로운 소비계층으로 유입될 수 있도록 하기 위한 목적과 두부의 아름다운 외관으로서 두부에 익숙하지 않은 외국인들의 호기심을 자극하며 외국인의 기호에 맞는 문양주(柱)를 접목하므로써 소비를 증대시켜 두부와 한식의 세계화에 기여하는 효과를 제공하고자 하는 목적으로 안출된 것으로서 두부본체와 상기 두부본체 상의 선택된 면으로부터 출발하여 두부의 심부로 연장되는 이색 및 식용의 문양주(柱)를 적어도 하나 이상 구성요소로 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화두부[花豆腐]와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
