PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having a makeup effect of creating a youthful appearance by lift up in the cosmetic.SOLUTION: A composite powder obtained by coating 2.0-10.0 wt.%, based on the entire amount, spherical organic powder having a particle diameter of 200-400 nm on the surface of a pearl pigment obtained by forming a metal oxide coated layer containing titanium oxide on the surface of a leaf substrate is incorporated into a makeup cosmetic and lights up, and the application of this makeup cosmetic more brightens up protruding portions of the face while making the entire face light and makes the brightness of the area around the face appear comparatively dimmed to obtain a lifted-up, blooming impression without making the face look swollen.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】化粧料において、顔がリフトアップして若々しく見せるメイクアップ効果を有する化粧料を提供すること。【解決手段】薄片状基質表面上に酸化チタンを含有する金属酸化物被覆層が形成されて成るパール顔料の表面を、粒子径200~400nmの球状有機粉体で全量の2.0~10.0重量%被覆した複合粉体をメイクアップ化粧料へ含有させ、それを塗布することによって、顔全体を明るくしながら、顔の凸の部分はより輝かせ、顔の周りの部分は相対的に明るさが低く見えて顔が膨張して見えることなく、リフトアップした、若々しい印象を得られる。【選択図】図3
