PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hexagonal boron nitride powder for cosmetics which is smooth and has high transmittance compared with conventional ones, and to provide cosmetics in which a glossy and transparent feel (bare skin feel) after finishing are remarkably improved by using the same.SOLUTION: A hexagonal boron nitride powder is an aggregate of a primary particle which is scaly and has a diameter of average length of 4-15 μm, a thickness of 0.2-0.7 μm, and an aspect ratio of more than 20.
