PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage excellent in stability of lutein and a method for stabilizing the lutein in the beverage.SOLUTION: There are provided a beverage having trans lutein in total lutein of over 50 mass% and containing the lutein emulsified with average particle diameter of 50 to 300 nm, and a method for stabilizing the lutein in the beverage by emulsifying and dispersing to average particle diameter of 50 to 300 nm.
