PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing dispersion of insoluble solids by a simple method for stirring even in a beverage difficult to homogenize an insoluble substance by high-level stirring after preparing the beverage while significantly suppressing precipitation of the insoluble substance caused with time, and to provide a method for preparing the beverage containing the stably dispersed insoluble substance.
SOLUTION: The method for preparing the beverage containing the insoluble substance is characterized by preparing the beverage containing the insoluble substance with xanthan gum and fermented cellulose.
