PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, when a member is mounted on an ophthalmologic examination device in an anterior ocular segment photographing mode, there is a possibility that an operator may forget to mount or demount a mount member, and it is required to drive an optical system by paying due attention to the mount member.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic examination device includes: a means for acquiring image information of a fundus oculi a means for acquiring image information of an anterior ocular segment, and an anterior ocular segment mode selection means for selecting an anterior ocular segment photographing mode for acquiring the image information of the anterior ocular segment.
