PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of implementing quick working distance matching in an optical axis direction.SOLUTION: A fundus camera 1 as an ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a fundus camera optical unit 79 for imaging a subject eye 28 index projection means for projecting an index used for working distance matching between the subject eye 28 and fundus camera optical unit 79, on the subject eye 28 and determination means for determining whether a working distance is appropriate or not from a cornea reflection image of the subject eye 28 imaged by the fundus camera optical unit 79.
