The present invention relates to a natural honey fruit jam and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of easing the manufacture of a honey fruit jam without the addition of artificial or chemical ingredients such as sugar, citric acid, or pectin for the viscosity of the jam, and preventing damage to nutrients of honey. The present invention includes: a first process of washing at least one among a pomegranate, a peach, grapes, an apple, a pear, a persimmon, a tomato, and a pineapple, and then, drying the washed one to remove moisture from its surface; and a second process of preheating the output of the first process at 65-85C for 5-20 minutes, and then, juicing the output.본 발명은 잼의 점성 형성을 위한 설탕, 구연산, 팩틴 등 인공 재료 또는 화학성분을 추가하지 않고도 꿀과일잼 제조가 용이하며, 꿀의 영향소가 파괴되는 것을 방지하여서 된 천연의 꿀과일잼 및 그 제조 방법을 개시한다.
