PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical living body measuring apparatus with a structure that can be thinned.SOLUTION: An optical living body measuring apparatus includes a light source section LS1 with a light emitting surface LES1 emitting light entered into a living body and a light receiving surface LRS1 receiving light emitted outward the living body after the light is entered into the living body and propagated inside the living body.
