PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve increased robustness in calibration of a corresponding relationship between each pixel position in a light receiving surface of a light receiving element and an incident light wavelength.SOLUTION: A spectrometry device includes an arithmetic processing unit. The arithmetic processing unit obtains multiple detection peaks from spectrum data that shows a result of detection performed with calibration light incident on a light receiving surface of a light receiving element. The arithmetic processing unit then extracts at least one detection peak that corresponds to at least one of multiple known peaks of the calibration light, and further extracts at least one known peak that corresponds to the detection peak extracted.
