The present invention relates to a method for rearing Hanwoo, which accelerates the growth of Hanwoo while the Hanwoo shows excellent immunity and grows healthy, thus requiring no particular precaution against diseases, and particularly, causes the meat texture of Hanwoo to be very tender and superior. In the process of rearing the Hanwoo, the method uses water mixed with fermented brown rice vinegar in 100 : 1 to 150 : 1 ratio for drinking water and uses feed prepared through mixing 100 parts by weight of beans steamed and dehydrated with 1,000-1,400 parts by weight of bean curd residue, 300-400 parts by weight of barley bran, 9-11 parts by weight of sesame dregs, 85-120 parts by weight of brown rice bran, and 20-30 parts by weight of purified red clay； fermenting the mixture in a fermentation tank for about one week； and mixing the fermented mixture with 1-2 parts by weight of a mixture of bamboo salt and bamboo charcoal.본 발명은 한우의 사육 방법에 관한 것으로, 한우의 성장력이 빠르면서도 면역성이 뛰어나 건강하게 자라므로 질병에따른 별다른 비상조치가 필요 없을 뿐만 아니라, 특히 한우의 육질이 매우 연하면서도 우수하도록 한우의 사육 방법을제공하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 한우를 사육하는 과정에서 물에 대하여 현미발효식초 100:1 내지 150:1의 비율로 혼합하여 식수로 사용하고, 사료로 콩 100중량부를 삶아 물기를 뺀 후 비지 1000중량부 내지 1400중량부, 맥강 300중량부 내지 400중량부, 깻묵 9중량부 내지 11중량부, 현미겨 85중량부 내지 120중량부, 정제한 황토 20중량부 내지 30중량부를 첨가 혼합한 다음, 상기 혼합물을 발효탱크에서 약 1주일간 발효시키고, 여기에 죽염과 대나무 숯의 혼합물 1중량부 내지 2중량부 섞어서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한우 사육방법을제공함으로서 달성할 수 있다.
