PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rice bran processed product which can be used for various uses as a food material and can sufficiently recycle the rice bran. SOLUTION: This method for producing the rice bran processed product, comprising a process for adjusting the water content of rice bran to <=10 wt.%, a process for adjusting the lipid content of the rice bran to <=7 wt.%, and a process for minute-grinding the rice bran having the adjusted water content and the adjusted lipid content. The method for producing the rice bran processed product, comprising a process for minute-grinding the rice bran preliminarily adjusted to a water content of <=10 wt.% and a lipid content of <=7 wt.%. In the process for minute-grinding the rice bran, it is preferable to mill the rice bran to give a ground product particle diameter of 3 to 200μm.
