PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition which can impart an excellent combing property and ductility to damaged hair, and is excellent in durability.SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition contains: (a1) 5 to 80 wt.% of a polyorgano siloxane component (a) containing polyorgano siloxane which is modified by trimethylolpropane monopropyl ether, and whose viscosity (25°C) is 100 to 50,000 Pa s (b) 0.5 to 50 wt.% of a surfactant and (c) silicone emulsions containing water, respectively.
