PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition which imparts an excellent easy-to-comb property and smoothness to damaged hair and has an excellent durability.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition includes a silicone emulsion containing 5-80 wt.% of (a) a polyorganosiloxane component containing a polyorganosiloxane modified with (a1) a trimethylolpropane derivative and having a viscosity (25°C) of 100-50,000 Pa s, 0.5-50 wt.% of (b) a surfactant and (c) water.
