PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control method of disinfection effect of seed rice disinfected with warm water in seed disinfection facilities with warm water.SOLUTION: Raw material seeds are subdivided in lot units in disinfection containers, at least disinfected with warm water, dried, weighed and packaged to give products from the disinfected seeds and the products are identified by lots of raw material seeds. On the other hand, the disinfected seed samples of the products are collected, raised to give seedlings for test, the appearance state of seedlings by test seedling raising is imaged, the seedling image is inputted and controlled in an arbitrary data base and the disinfection effect of disinfected seeds of each lot can be evaluated on the basis of the seedling image. Consequently, the disinfection effect with warm water performed in the seed disinfection facilities with warm water can be evaluated on the basis of the seedling image (test seedling raising image).COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】種子温湯消毒施設において、温湯消毒処理した種籾の消毒効果等の品質管理方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】本発明によると、原料種子をロット単位で消毒容器に小分けして少なくとも温湯消毒処理、乾燥処理及び計量包装処理を行って消毒済種子を製品にするとともに、該製品に原料種子のロットの識別表示をする一方、前記製品の消毒済種子サンプルを採取して該サンプルをテスト育苗し、該テスト育苗した苗の外観状態を撮像して該苗画像を任意のデータベースに入力管理し、前記苗画像に基づいて各ロットの消毒済種子の消毒効果を評価可能にしたので、前記種子温湯消毒施設において施した温湯消毒効果を前記苗画像(テスト育苗画像)を基にして評価することができる。【選択図】図8
