PURPOSE: A microbial composition containing a salix koreensis extract capable of using as an antibiotic is provided to control the generation of harmful bacteria inside the intestines of animals. CONSTITUTION: A microbial composition containing a salix koreensis extract is obtained by the following steps: injecting bacillus subtilis into the salix koreensis extract for aerobically fermenting for 8 hours； mixing 40-60wt% of bacillus subtilis fermentation result with 60-40wt% of water, and injecting lactobacillus plantarum into the mixture for lactic acid-fermenting the mixture at 35-40 deg C for 24 hours； separating the solid parts and the liquid parts from the lactobacillus plantarum fermentation result at room temperature for 24 hours； concentrating the liquid parts, and mixing the concentrated liquid parts back with the solid parts； and adding an excipient into the mixture, and drying the mixture for 20 hours. The excipient contains 20-50wt% of medical herb including pulsatilla koreana, taraxacum coreanum, tagetes erecta, 50-70wt% of rice bran, and 5-10wt% of vermiculite, zeolite, and elvan.본 발명은 항생제 대체제로 유용한 버드나무 추출물 함유 미생물 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 버드나무에 Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum 등의 미생물을 접종하고 다단계의 발효를 거쳐 제조되며 가축 사료에 첨가되는 항생제를 대체하는데 유용한 버드나무 성분 함유 미생물 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항생제 대체제로 유용한 버드나무 추출물 함유 미생물 조성물을 동물사료에 첨가하면 장내 유해미생물의 증식을 억제함으로써 동물의 증체량, 사료이용률을 개선시키고, 면역기능을 개선시킨다.
