The present invention relates to Cheonggukjang probiotics using a strain having a thrombolytic enzyme and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, Bacillus subtilis HA of Nattokinase, a thrombolytic enzyme isolated from Cheonggukjang. After fermenting soybeans using (Accession No. KCCM-19975P) to make Cheonggukjang, the Cheonggukjang is prepared with probiotics (live natto), and the thrombolytic effect and functional ingredients for intestinal health are mixed using Bacillus bacteria of Cheonggukjang as the main ingredient. Thus, it is a useful invention that can provide a new concept of Cheonggukjang probiotics.본 발명은 혈전용해효소를 갖는 균주를 이용한 청국장프로바이오틱스 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 청국장으로부터 분리한 혈전용해효소인 나토키나제(Nattokinase)의 바실러스 서브틸리스 HA(Bacillus subtilis HA)(기탁번호 KCCM-19975P)를 이용하여 콩을 발효하여 청국장을 제조한 후, 그 청국장을 프로바이오틱스(생생낫또)로 제조함으로써, 청국장의 바실러스균을 주원료로하여 혈전분해효능과 장건강 기능성 성분을 혼합하여 신개념 청국장 프로바이오틱스를 제공할 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.
