PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause loosening of screwing by a screw and to suppress local projection in a radial direction when screw lock connection is made, in a case where three types of connection including slip connection, screw lock connection, and pawl lock connection can be carried out.SOLUTION: An adaptor 50 is removably provided to a male luer assembly 11 where a lock nut 30 is arranged around a male luer 20 so as to be rotatable.
