PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accidental sticking prevention instrument suitable for the structure of a pencil point needle.SOLUTION: A resin guide body 20 consisting of a column section 22 and a cone section 24 and penetrating a needle through-hole 26 in the center of axle is formed a metal holder 30 is formed in which the distal end of a pawl splinter 35 extending from a cylindrical section 34 to the tip direction is coaxially aligned to shut together, and in which a stopper piece 36 is made in the condition extending from the cylindrical section 34 to the tip direction similarly, and being inclined toward the axis, and in which a head 36a is bent as a chevron shape from the distal end position of the pawl splinter 35 to the tip direction and a resin case body 40 consisting of a cylindrical side wall section 42 in which the cylindrical section 34 is intruded and a bottom wall 44 in which a needle through-hole 43 is opened at the center thereof. The accidental sticking prevention instrument is locked as follows. The resin guide body 20 is intruded in the metal holder 30, this is covered with the resin case body 40 to be assembled, disposed to the pencil point needle, and after the use of the pencil point needle, is moved to the needle tip, and the distal end of the pawl splinter 35 is absorbed in an opening 14.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ペンシルポイント針の構造に適合した誤穿刺防止具を提案する。【解決手段】 円柱部22と円錐部24とからなり、軸心に針挿通孔26を貫通した樹脂ガイド体20を形成し、筒状部34から先方へ延びる爪片35が先端を軸心に揃えて閉じた状態とし、同じく筒状部34から先方へ延び、軸心に向かって傾斜し、爪片35の先端位置から先方位置で頭部36aをくの字に曲げたストッパー片36を設けた金属保持体30を形成し、筒状部34が嵌入される筒状側壁部42と、中心に針貫通孔43を開孔した底壁44とからなる樹脂ケース体40を形成する。誤穿刺防止具は、金属保持体30に樹脂ガイド体20を嵌入し、これに樹脂ケース体40を被せて組み立て、ペンシルポイント針に装着し、ペンシルポイント針の使用後に針先へ移動させ、爪片35の先端が開口14内に没入して係止される。【選択図】 図6
