PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting portion of a rice transplanter, which has an improved assembling property, controls a manufacture cost, and realizes necessary and sufficient durability and a light weight.SOLUTION: A fixing member for fixing a sun gear in a rotary case of the planting portion of the rice transplanter, which is fixed to a planting case involving a transmission mechanism for transmitting a power to a planting arm shaft and has at least fixing pawls fit to the sun gear to control the rotation and setting means for setting the fixing member to the planting case, is characterized by forming the fixing member in a linear symmetry to symmetrically dispose the fixing pawls and the setting means on the symmetrical line.COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO【課題】 組み立て性を向上し、製造コストを抑制しながら、必要十分な耐久性と、軽量化を実現する田植機の植付部を提供すること。【解決手段】 植付部のロータリーケース内の太陽ギアを固定する固定部材が、植付アーム軸に動力を伝動する伝動機構を内包する植付ケースに固設されると共に、太陽ギアと嵌合し回転を抑止する固定爪と、固定部材を植付ケースに固設する複数の固設手段とを少なくとも有する構成において、固定部材を線対称に形成し、その対称線に対して固定爪及び固設手段を対称に配置する。
