PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary electronic cassette with easy maintenance.SOLUTION: A battery attachment part 16 to which a battery unit 15 is detachably attached is formed on a rear 14 of an electronic cassette 2. The battery unit 15 includes a lock mechanism 45 in which an operation part 19 and a lock pawl 52 are integrated. A lock groove 63 to be engaged with the lock pawl 52 is formed on the battery attachment part 16. In a lock state, the operation part 19 is accommodated in an operation part accommodation hole 48 and an outer surface 49 of the operation part 19 becomes the same plane as an upper surface 46 of a battery case 15b. When the battery unit 15 is attached to the battery attachment part 16, the upper surface 46 becomes the same plane as the rear 14.
