PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detection sensor for substantially securing a surface distance and a spatial distance (namely achieving defibrillation protection) and capable of being reduced in its size.SOLUTION: A biological information detection sensor comprises: plural first substrates 21a-21awhich are arranged in plural stages a second substrate 22 first connection parts 21c for electrically connecting the first substrates which are adjacent out of the plural first substrates 21a-21a and insulation members 23. Each of the plural first substrates 21a-21acomprises a pressure-proof resistance 26 to which a biological information detection part is electrically connected.
