PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a novel compound having a DNA polymerase inhibiting activity and to provide a novel pharmaceutical composition using the compound.SOLUTION: A novel compound having a DNA polymerase inhibiting activity was isolated from a fungus parasitizing a moss. Further, it was confirmed that the new compound has the DNA polymerase inhibiting activity, a cancer cell proliferation inhibiting activity, a human leukemia T cell proliferation inhibiting activity, and a macrophage proliferation inhibiting activity.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】DNAポリメラーゼ阻害活性を有する新規な化合物を見出すと共に、同化合物を利用した新たな医薬組成物を提供することを解決すべき課題とした。【解決手段】コケに寄生するカビから、DNAポリメラーゼ阻害活性を有する新規化合物を単離した。さらに、該新規化合物がDNAポリメラーゼ阻害活性、癌細胞増殖抑制活性、ヒト白血病T細胞増殖抑制活性及びマクロファージ増殖抑制活性を有することを確認した。【選択図】なし
