PURPOSE: An intake method of beverage is provided to offer a new fun way to intake the beverage by intaking carbonate gas bubbles generated from ice cream with the beverage indicating acidic pH. CONSTITUTION: Ice cream contains 0.5-2.5 weight% of sodium hydrogen carbonate to the total weight of the ice cream. The ice cream is taken with beverage at the same time. The beverage is acidic beverage showing acidic pH. The beverage is fruit juice showing acidic pH.본 발명은 탄산수소나트륨을 포함하는 빙과 및 이를 이용한 음료의 섭취방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 탄산수소나트륨이 빙과 전체 중량 대비 0.5∼2.5중량％를 포함하는 빙과, 상기 빙과의 제조방법 및 상기 빙과를 음료, 바람직하게는 pH가 산성을 나타내는 음료와 동시에 섭취시 상기 빙과에서 발생되는 탄산가스 기포로 인해 새로운 재미를 줄 수 있는 음료의 섭취방법에 관한 것이다.
