PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solutions to: inconvenience that a medium bag mouth has to be sterilized with temporary sealing due to direct inoculation in a microbicidal medium bag in sawdust spawn inoculation in mushroom fungus bed cultivation and disadvantage that a saprophyte is contaminated when inoculation is not conducted in a clean inoculation room with cost of equipment because a microbicidal medium contacts with outer air when a bag mouth is open in inoculation.SOLUTION: The problems are solved by a mushroom fungus bed cultivation bag outer needle hole inoculation method having less labor of temporary sealing and less concern of saprophyte contamination due to outer air in cooling and inoculation by a method of inoculation where outside of a microbicidal medium bag (3), an individual package (1) of a sawdust spawn is fixed, and from the top, a hole is made in a microbicidal medium bag (3) from outside with a clean needle (4).COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】きのこ菌床栽培でのオガ種菌接種では、殺菌培地袋内に直接接種のため、培地袋口を仮封で殺菌しなければならない不便さと、接種時袋口を開くため殺菌培地が外気にふれるため、設備費のかかるクリーンな接種室で行なわないと雑菌が混入してしまう不都合さを解決すること。【解決手段】殺菌培地袋(3)外に、オガ種菌を個包装(1)して取り付け、その上より、清潔な針(4)で、殺菌培地袋(3)に、外部より穴を開けて接種する方法により、仮封の手間と、冷却時及び、接種時の外気による雑菌混入の心配も少ない、きのこ菌床栽培袋外針穴接種法で解決する。【選択図】図1
