PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method of Lyophyllum shimeji in mushroom beds by which fruiting bodies can be harvested beautifully in an individually separated state at the time of harvesting.SOLUTION: In cultivation of Lyophyllum shimeji in a mushroom bed, by placing the inoculum on a culture medium 20 filled and sterilized in the culture bottle 10 and forming an inoculum layer 22 in a bottle mouth 12 of a culture bottle 10, inoculation is performed. After completing a mushroom bed culture, a germination surface 25 is formed in the bottle mouth 12 by thinly removing the upper surface portion of a seed bacterial layer 22 horizontally.
