PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate turning operation of a lock lever when releasing locking within a range where the plastic deformation of a support piece is not generated.SOLUTION: A connector for communication has a tubular body 1 having a distal end part insertable into a partitioning wall, a pair of coupling parts 3 fixed to the middle part of the tubular axis direction, a hood 2 surrounding the distal end of the tubular body and having cutout parts 2a, a pair of lock levers 5 extending along the axial direction of the tubular body and including locking parts 5a at the distal end side and operating part 5b at the base side, and support pieces 4 coupling the lock levers to the coupling parts. The engaging parts of the lock levers are arranged in the cutout parts of the hood and have engaging pawls 6 projecting inward at the distal ends. The connector for communication has stopper pieces 7a, 7b projecting toward the tubular body and extending along the axial direction of the tubular body at the rear ends of the operation part of the lock levers. The operation parts turn and the distance of the engaging pawls is enlarged along with the flexible deformation of the support pieces by pressing the operating part.
