The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an instant fried rice using a cup-shaped parched rice, comprising the following steps: (a) preparing a cup-shaped parched rice having an open upper part by heating and pressuring rice； (b) filling the fried rice in the cup-shaped parched rice after dividing at least one time, wherein the rice in step (a) is one kind among white rice, black rice, and multigrain rice.
