PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decontamination system and method eliminating the need for high-temperature carrier gas.
SOLUTION: A sealed chamber 20 of an isolator apparatus A is provided with three evaporation plates 10 having evaporating surfaces 11 disposed in a row. This decontamination system is provided with a guide pipe 18 guiding hydrogen peroxide solution sucked by a liquid supply pump 8 onto the evaporating surfaces 11 of the respective evaporation plates 10, and when the liquid supply pump 8 is driven, the hydrogen peroxide water stored in a liquid tank 7 is guided to the inside of the sealed chamber 20 via the guide pipe 18 and dripped to the evaporating surfaces 11.
