An inner pipe is installed in the inner center of a lower end of the ventilation pipe while being spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the ventilation pipe. A plurality of outer vanes spaced apart at regular intervals along a circumferential direction are mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe, and a plurality of inner vanes spaced apart at regular intervals along a circumferential direction are mounted on the inner circumferential surface of the inner pipe. A plurality of transferring nozzles are mounted on an upper end of the evaporation chamber at regular intervals in a circumferential direction of the upper end. A discharging hole of each of the nozzles focuses on the center of hot air discharged from the upper end of the ventilation pipe. While the hot air fed in the evaporation chamber flows as large-radius vortex hot air and small-radius vortex hot air, disinfection liquids are sprayed from the transferring nozzles while focusing on the center of hot air.
