PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide boiled soybeans in a container which provide new texture in a range not to break the whole balance of dessert when used as a dessert material and a dessert using boiled soybeans.SOLUTION: The boiled soybeans in a container have major axes of boiled soybeans of 6-11 mm, a measured values of hardness by a rheometer of 1.5-3.5 kg mm and a water content of 30-60%. Brix of a seasoning liquid is 28-43 and the filling amount of the seasoning liquid is 40-70% based on a container filling amount.
