PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a consumer to eat fishery processed food including laver food boiled down in soy and red chili pepper oil, with spiciness and flavor of each preference by holding both materials in a container so as not to be mixed, and conserving quality of the laver food boiled down in soy with the oil and fat coating of the red chili pepper oil over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The subject is solved by a means to contain the laver food boiled down in soy in the container and after stabilizing the laver food boiled down in soy from the gel state to the solid state, to pile and fill up with red chili pepper oil of light weight ratio and ordinary temperature of pile.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】この発明は、海苔佃煮とラー油からなる水産加工食品を、両素材が混ざり合わないように容器に収容し、ラー油の油脂皮膜で海苔佃煮の品質を長期保存し、かつ消費者がそれぞれの好みの辛さ及び風味で食することが出来ることを課題としている。【解決手段】容器内に海苔佃煮を収容し、海苔佃煮をゲル状から固形状へ安定させた後に、重量比重の軽い常温のラー油を重ねて充填する手段をもって解決する。
