PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adapter capable of decreasing the total number of components, simplifying an operation for changing the diameter of a puncture needle, and alleviating a burden of a patient.SOLUTION: A puncture adapter is mounted onto an ultrasonic probe, and guides a puncture needle. The puncture adapter includes a fixed member and a movable member. The fixed member is fixed to the ultrasonic probe. The movable member is configured so as to move with respect to the ultrasonic probe. The movable member is provided inside the fixed member. A holding part that can hold the puncture needle is provided to at least one of the movable member and the fixed member.
