PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for syringe that allows smooth operation of a general syringe with one hand and that can provide appropriate adaptation to delicate injection.SOLUTION: An adapter 1 used by being fitted to a syringe 2 constituted of a syringe hollow tube 21 and a plunger 22 comprises: a fixed member 3 to be detachably fixed to the syringe hollow tube 21 and a movable member 4 that is movably supported by the fixed member 3 fixed to the syringe hollow tube 21 so as to move along a center axis direction of the syringe hollow tube 21.
