PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adaptor where a puncture needle never rattles and which is easy for an operator to operate smoothly.SOLUTION: The punctuation adapter 4 is mounted to an ultrasonic probe 2 which abuts on a subject to scan ultrasonic waves, and guides the puncture needle 5 for puncturing into the subject in a puncturing direction. The adapter 4 is provided with: a first rotation object 6 held by a first holding member 8 and a second rotation object 7 which is arranged so as to hold the puncture needle with the first rotation object and which is held by a second holding member 9.
