This method for manufacturing a purified glyceride composition includes a contacting step for causing a glyceride composition that has passed through a deodorizing step to come into contact with a phosphoric acid activated charcoal under contact conditions of either (1) 15 minutes or longer at a temperature from 110 to less than 120 DEG C, or (2) 30 seconds or longer at a temperature from 120 to 150 DEG C.
