PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking support device capable of improving durability of a lifting mechanism, lifting operation performance of a support member, and rotation operation performance of a support member.SOLUTION: A walking support device comprises: a base 2； movement means 3； standing/seating operation support means 4； and coupling means 5 for coupling a mounting fixture which a user wears and standing/seating operation support means 4. The standing/seating operation support means 4 comprises: a stationary pole 6 provided on the base 2； a lifting member 7； lifting drive means 8； and lifting guide means 9. The lifting member 7 comprises: a lifting body 10 coupled to the lifting drive means 8 for performing lifting operation； and a support member 20 attached to the lifting body through a hinge 70. The support member 20 comprises a movable pole 21 and a support base 22. The movable pole 21 has a slider 23 on a lower end side, and coupled to the lifting body 10 through the hinge 70.
