PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking support device which allows a user to easily perform standing/seating operation.SOLUTION: A walking support device comprises: a base 2； movement means 3； standing/seating operation support means 4； and coupling means 5 for coupling a mounting fixture which a user wears and the standing/seating operation support means 4. The standing/seating operation support means 4 comprises: a stationary pole 6 provided to stand in an oblique/front side of a front side of the base 2； a lifting means 7； and lifting drive means 8 for lifting up/down the lifting member 7 along the stationary pole 6. The lifting member 7 comprises: a lifting body coupled to the lifting drive means 8 for performing lifting operation； and a support member 20 attached to the lifting body for supporting a user. The support member 20 comprises: a movable pole 21 which is lifted up/down in a direction along the stationary pole 6 and is attached to the lifting body； and a support base 22 provided to extend rearward of an upper end side of the movable pole 21.
