PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relaxation device capable of imparting an effective relaxation effect, using a swing operation of a human body and an inclination operation of each part constituting a body support member.SOLUTION: An angle formed by a backrest part 31 and a seat part 30 is greatly enlarged compared with that of a basic posture, to be operated to a recumbent posture side, during movement to a front side of the body support member 13, by a reclining mechanism 33 as a posture regulating means.
