PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Agarum cribrosum extract is provided to improve antiaging and anti-wrinkling effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition comprises: a step of collecting, washing, and drying Agarum cribrosum； a step of immersing dried Agarum cribrosum in ethanol and heating at 60-70°；C for 1-3 hours； a step of filtering the heated mixture to separate into solid and liquid； a step of immersing the separated solid in ethanol and heating at 60-70°；C for 1-3 hours and separating into solid and liquid and repeating three times； a step of concentrating the separated liquid to prepare extract； a step of pressing prepare the extract in radish juice and maturing at 25-35°；C for 10-15 hours； a step of drying at 35-45°；C for 10-15 hours； a step of adding the dried extract into a cosmetic composition.본 발명은 구멍쇠미역 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서 좀더 상세하게는 구멍쇠미역으로부터 추출물을 얻은 다음 이를 화장료에 적용하는 화장료 조성물 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 구멍쇠미역 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물은 피부의 노화방지 및 피부 주름개선에 효과가 있으며, 인체에 피부자극과 알레르기 반응을 유발할 수 있는 화학방부제를 사용하지 않고도 화장료의 장기 보관을 가능하게 하며, 또한 오염된 해수에 존재하는 중금속이 구멍쇠미역을 통하여 피부에 흡수되는 것을 방지하고 해조류의 비린 향이 순화되어 구멍쇠미역 추출물이 함유된 화장료의 기호도를 높일 수 있다.
